are producing instruments in two different forms.

Forging's are received
from Germany which are processed as finished
products and re-exported.

We are importing stainless
steel in shape of raw material from Japan
and France and doing our own forging's and
then completely finishing the instruments.
We
try our level best to improve our existing line
and also introduce new products.

COMPANY EXPERIENCE:
SGS
Export was established in 1995 and since then
it has been manufacturing and distributing good
quality surgical instruments. Concerning our
experience, our company is yet new, but it has
supported by its parent company which has been
in this business for last 30 years. Moreover,
we have been supplying our products for last
7 years, which are being appreciated by our
existing customer.
MATERIAL USED FOR PRODUCTION:
During manufacturing, we use high quality
following grade stainless steel in the products
of surgical instruments.
400 series stainless.
Type AISI 410 & AISI 420
300 series stainless.
Type AISI 303 & 304 and 308
All manufacturing processes are monitered by
the quality assureance inspectors.
PRODUCT GUARANTEE:
Our products are warranted against defects for
3 years from the date of purchase. If purchased
instruments found defective in design or malfunction,
we will replace the instruments at no charge.
However, replacement will not be given if purchased
instruments are defective as result of misusing
or mishandling, improper cleaning storage or
preservation.

of stainless steel otherwise speciled.
Delivery Period:
Delivery time depends upon the volume of order
(quantities) and kind of instruments, however
for all regular items we keep sufficient inventory
levels and therefore time does not exceed 6
week for such products.
For special instruments, delivery time depends
upon different factors according to the type
of instrument and can be communicated after
having all sorts of necessary information from
customer.
